Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Lavender Valley, we carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Please choose your products and sizes carefully before placing your order, as many of our items are prepared and shipped specifically for each customer.

Essential Oils, Fragrances & Personal Care Products

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have been delivered, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.

Clothing & Dropshipping Products

Some clothing and selected products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used essential oils, fragrances, and personal care products.
  • Clothing and dropshipping products after shipment or delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
