Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and product availability:
- UAE: 2–7 business days
- GCC Countries: 5–12 business days
- International Orders: 7–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product type, and shipping method selected.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier's system.

LAVORA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
